The North Delta Basketball Association (NDBA) is a registered not for profit British Columbia society created in the Spring of 2024. Its roots go back to 2022 with free basketball camps put on by the North Delta residents Andy Kaila, Jaskaran Dhanda and Onkar Bahia. Those opportunities were created for local youth with the goals of growing athleticism, teamwork, resilience and confidence for North Delta youth through basketball in an equitable way for all families that wanted to participate.

The North Delta Basketball Association (NDBA) began in 2024 as a BC registered not for profit organization called the BC Scholarship Basketball Foundation with these founding directors:

In 2025 to better meet the needs of the North Delta community the societies name was changed to the NDBA and at the AGM these directors were elected:
